Return Eligibility
You must submit a return request within 30 days of package delivery. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. We will process all returns and refunds within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions. Items returned without prior application will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect the items immediately upon receiving your order. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and take appropriate action.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for swimwear unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
End-of-life items and accessories cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. Accessories include jewelry, gloves, handbags, hats, belts, scarves, watches, pins, stockings, leggings, etc.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to contact our customer service via email: info@Rebellious-Fashion.com.
You only have one opportunity to return or exchange an item; please confirm before returning it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please note that it may take some time for banks or credit card companies to process and issue refunds.
However, please ensure you update the tracking number and logistics company at the returns center, or provide them to us via email when you send the returned item back.
We will process all returns and refunds within 3 business days, but delays may occur due to limited staff.

Other Notes
If you no longer need the purchased item or selected the wrong item, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Therefore, please carefully check the product information, especially the size chart, before purchasing. Thank you for your patience.
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs and/or any customs duties and taxes unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery, the package is lost or damaged, etc.
Please do not send returned items to the address on the package. This is not the return address and will affect return processing. Our after-sales warehouse is located in Hong Kong, where we will receive and process returned items. Currently, we are trying to establish more return warehouses in other countries.
Currently, Rebellious-Fashion has not authorized any third parties to conduct business activities. Any items purchased through third parties are not covered by our warranty.
